OBJECTIVE: This week, students will review nouns, verbs, and adjectives and create a chant about parts of speech

3. Watch a video and Create your own chant
4. Send your chant to Mister Max (Group 1) or Miss Amanda (Group 2) by Friday, March 27th @ 2pm

1. Listen to the story A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon, read by Sean Astin (you may put on subtitles in English)
2. Use the graphic organizer to complete the "5-4-3-2-1 Activity" that you find in the PDF link below

Step 3: Create your Chant
1. Watch the video of the sample chant
2. Using the attached PDF, fill in the blanks and complete your own chant about the parts of speech: nouns, verbs, and adjectives 3. Save it to your computer or take a picture of it

Step 4: Share your Work
1. Ask your parents for help, say please!!!
2. Send an email of your completed chant to your teacher by attaching your chant or a picture of it: Group 1: Mister Max [email protected] Group 2: Miss Amanda [email protected] *Bonus Point: You will get a bonus if you make a video of your chant and send that in an email too!
